Greetings from the 140 Team

It’s hard to believe we are already half way through the year. While there has certainly been a lot of change at 140 the last 6 months, we have achieved a lot. We have managed to complete the transformation of our lobby, introduce our first newly refurbished lifts (with 2 more on the way) and welcome 10 new customers to the building.

We'd now like to introduce our new customer portal and welcome you to register. This portal is your one stop shop to find out about everything that is happening within the 140 community - from news and offers to all of our Building Connections events. Building Connections

Thanks to everyone who participated in our Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea. Our Mad Hatters did an amazing job serving up delicious treats and raising $1,280 for the Cancer Council.  

We have also just wrapped up our NAIDOC Week celebrations celebrating the history, culture and achievements of the First Australians. With beautiful weather all week the new location in Central Park was ideal. 

Next event coming up - help cure those winter blues and pop into Winter in the Park from 13 - 17 August. This will be a celebration of the cold with snow domes, yummy winter foods and games for all.


Our new lobby 

Over a year in the planning and six months in construction, our new lobby is well and truly here and certainly worth the wait. And a big reno like this deserves a big party so we did what we do best and celebrated in style with a fabulous turnout and a whiskey tasting bar proving to be crowd favourite.


Wellness Program

Don't forget every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:15pm the team from the Vault are looking after our health and wellbeing with Yoga and Boxing classes on level 10. We are also currently trialling meditation classes on Wednesday's throughout July. For more information or to register for classes please click the link below.  


You might have also noticed that there have been a few changes to the management team over the last months. Sean Southern has stepped up into the role as acting Facilities Manager and will soon move onto another AMP managed property, leaving the concierge in the capable hands of our new team Hope Masters and Chris Kikiros.

We'd like to introduce you to Chris, and have put him on the spot and asked a few questions so you can get to know him better.
