Happy Easter Everyone

We hope everyone is looking forward to the extra long weekend, whether that be spending time catching up with family and friends or just taking time out for yourself to relax. It has been a busy couple of months here at 140 and this week we look forward to introducing you to our new General Manager, Pat Cummins. Pat brings to the role extensive real estate industry experience making him a great addition to our team. He has 2 young sons Darragh and Shane and moved across to Perth from Ireland almost 7 years ago with his wife Ann. He's an avid sports fan and loves to travel so make sure you pop down to our hot cross bun stall later in the week to say hello, find out more about Waterford, or to discuss the finer points of Tiger Woods' Masters triumph.

Easter Eggcitement

We love Easter here at 140 and will be celebrating with a hot cross bun stall in the lobby from 9.00am this Thursday. If you haven't already got your guesses in for our Easter egg competition, make sure to swing by Concierge as there are a couple more chances to win our daily jar packed full of chocolaty goodness.

Our friends at Karrinyup and Garden City are also hosting some wonderful events this Easter. From Easter Wonderland to Bunny Hunts and even Bunny meet and greets, there are plenty of prizes, giveaways and activities for the whole family.

Annual Perth Sailing Regatta

We did it again! For the 3rd year in a row, a team from 140 has brought back the trophy and extended our reign as champions. Last month, 6 teams from 140 St Georges Terrace and 2 Mill Street took to the Swan River to compete for line honours. The sun was shining, the breeze was blowing and a wonderful day was had by all. Congratulations once again to our winners 'Team St Georges'.

Daily Parking is live

Just a reminder that Daily Parking is now available to the 140 community. With 24 dedicated bays for your convenience, commuting to work has never been easier. Bookings are easy and can be made directly via the portal.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

Once again this year we participated in Earth Hour and shut down all non-essential lighting in the building. We'd like to thank everyone for contributing towards this by shutting down computer monitors and tenancy lights. Earth Day is coming up next week on the 22nd of April and its theme is "Protect Our Species". We'd like to encourage everyone to commit to earth-friendly acts, make more sustainable choices and reduce your carbon footprint. One way to play your part is to take advantage of our Sustainability in the City bag sharing program - remember every little bit counts.
