Available to all customers and their guests, the dedicated 140 St Georges Terrace Concierge Team can assist with recommendations and tips on dining, accommodation, entertainment and transport options. Whether you need assistance with dry cleaning, office catering or booking a restaurant, the Concierge is your one-stop-shop for ancillary services.
The ground floor lobby is home to the Madlilys café where friendly and helpful staff serve great coffee. The café is the ideal location for more informal meetings or for lunch in the alfresco area overlooking the Central Park gardens.
WIFI & CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The ground floor lobby and café are enabled with free guest WiFi. Plus, contemporary conference and training room facilities are available on Level 1 and managed by Saxons. These facilities are one of the largest and most comprehensive training venues in the Perth CBD.
HEALTH & WELLBEING
As part of the Building Connections program, 140 St Georges Terrace provides complimentary lunch time fitness classes throughout the week. These classes are run by The Vault and are held on site for maximum convience.
