As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer experiences, we offer full Concierge services from 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Available to all customers and their guests, the dedicated 140 St Georges Terrace Concierge Team can assist with recommendations and tips on dining, accommodation, entertainment and transport options. Whether you need assistance with dry cleaning, office catering, or parking, the Concierge is your one-stop-shop for ancillary services.
daxxi 140 – LOBBY CAFE
The ground floor lobby is home to daxxi 140 where friendly and helpful staff serve great coffee. Daxxi brings fast and fresh produce-driven lunches to the masses, and the sprawling space at daxxi 140 is set to become ‘the’ meeting place for city workers to sip on a coffee while overlooking the Central Park gardens.
BASECAMP – HEALTH & WELLBEING
As part of the building wellness program, Basecamp is a fully equipped gym free for all tenants to use. As part of the Building Connections program, 140 St Georges Terrace also provides complimentary lunch time fitness classes throughout the week. These classes are run by Motivate Health Solutions and are held on site for maximum convenience.
