PROPERTY ASSISTANCE CENTRE

The Property Assistance Centre is a web based Help Desk system for assets to log maintenance requests online at any time, 24 hours a day. Issues include:

  • Building maintenance issues (both during business and after hours);
  • Cleaning requests;
  • Building service requests such as common area electrical work, light tube replacements, and any other similar request

The Facilities Manager is competent and reliable and will always endeavour to provide a solution or follow-up response immediately. However, emergency situations take precedence and a priority system operates to ensure that critical items are attended to first.

If you encounter any problems with the services within 140 St Georges Terrace or require any assistance, please log your request via the Property Assistance Centre or phone through the request on 1300 267 272.
