PROPERTY ASSISTANCE CENTRE
The Property Assistance Centre is a web based Help Desk system for assets to log maintenance requests online at any time, 24 hours a day. Issues include:
- Building maintenance issues (both during business and after hours);
- Cleaning requests;
- Building service requests such as common area electrical work, light tube replacements, and any other similar request
The Facilities Manager is competent and reliable and will always endeavour to provide a solution or follow-up response immediately. However, emergency situations take precedence and a priority system operates to ensure that critical items are attended to first.
